Are you looking for an adorable cat to adopt? We are glad you found us.
Holy Cat Whiskers is a 501-c3, non-profit organization funded only by donations and fundraisers. We have been in business since 2005. Holy Cat Whiskers is a stray and feral rescue for injured and sick cats only.. We rehabilitate cats in a trap-neuter and release (T-N-R) program. We adopt out the kittens from our feral mothers and strays that we bring in. We socialize them, and we also adopt out the mothers. if possible. We are not a surrender shelter.
Our shelter brings in injured, sick or pregnant cats. We treat them for illness, and spay and neuter them. Our goal is to reduce the cat population and disease in our area around Madison, Ohio.
We provide housing and food for feral colonies to help keep them under control. Please note that we do not handle domestic cats at our rescue.

Our mission is to ensure that all the healthy cats and kittens in our shelter find loving homes. Shelter cats are wonderful, lovable pets deserving of a forever home. The best thing to happen to a shelter cat is a person . . . you can be that one "best thing" in the life of a cat. Come for a visit - adopt - you will never be sorry you did!
